Dekhopanchang lists a shorter Delhi window (5:47 PM to 7:13 PM), so muhurat figures differ by method. Before you sit for puja, open the panchang for Diwali day and confirm the timing for your own city. Muhurat is worked out from local sunset, so Mohali and Amritsar differ by a few minutes.

How Lal Kitab looks at money in a kundli
Lal Kitab reads wealth mainly through Jupiter, the 2nd house and the 11th house, and it cares more about a planet's house than its sign.
In Vedic astrology (Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra), the 2nd house is dhana bhava (house of savings), the 11th is labha bhava (house of gains), and Jupiter is the natural karaka (signifier) of wealth.
